These are carried and preserved in high-grade neutral spirit at 40% ABV, stabilizing both shelf life and performance.
To preserve the purity of flavor in our Original Formula, we employ a rare alchemical step: charcoal refinement. Each batch is carefully passed through activated carbon, removing bitterness, tannins, and trace volatiles — ensuring the foam floats clean and flavorless, without disturbing the drink beneath it.
The rest is our alchemists’ touch: a proprietary blend of modern molecular gastronomy components that refine texture, preserve clarity, and ensure the foam holds strong — even against citrus, dilution, or time.
How is this essence best applied?
A ritual both simple and precise.
Add at least one full dropper to your shaker (~1mL) with the rest of your build. Dry shake in a long, whipping motion to incorporate and build foam then add ice and shake hard, strain, smile, and serve. The foam will rise in the glass with quiet elegance — structured, creamy, and consistent.
